A new part of my morning routine……
…SMOOTHIES!
Here is a recipe to a fool proof smoothie:
2-4 cubes of ice
1 cup carrot juice, my favorite brand is odwalla.
1/2 cup 0% greek yogurt, I have played around with the different types of greek yogurt available and I have found that I like to use the brand Fage the best. It is very low calorie and it is the only yogurt that didn’t add a sour taste to the smoothie.
1 Banana
The other fruit you use can vary, I keep a variety of frozen fruit in the freezer. The measurements stay the same;
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup peaches
1/2 cup blueberries
I also had a few strawberries left so I threw those in too!

The calorie intake I have created for myself is a little smaller than I am used too. For breakfast I will have one egg, a piece of toast (Oroweat’s health-full line is great! 80 cal/slice), and a smoothie.
Wish me luck on my weight loss tumbrls!  View Larger
